Yes. Please provide us the samples or the sketches, then we could assist you!
Do customized items charge extra money?
Yes. Because a new mould is needed to make for the customized item.

Generally 7-15 days. Actually it is according to your order quantity. But we could rush the order if you need urgently

Customs & Import Regulations — What you need to know
All international shipments are subject to customs inspection and applicable import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We recommend checking local regulations before ordering if you are unfamiliar with import thresholds.
For commercial orders, we provide full customs documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, country of origin). If Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service is selected at checkout, all customs charges are prepaid — no surprises upon delivery.
Express & Air Freight typically clear customs within 24–72 hours. Ocean freight clearance may take additional 3–5 business days depending on port congestion. Our support team monitors shipments and assists with any documentation gaps.
